About OTHRYS.
OTHRYS is being built as a governed operating environment: one place where intelligent systems, reusable capabilities, products and human authority can coexist without losing their boundaries.
Foundation first.
This surface is intentionally light while the new OTHRYS Web hierarchy is established. Content grows only after the navigation, identity and authority skeleton is stable.
